Domestic Shipping via USPS:

International Shipping:
International shipping is available to UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, Israel, and Japan.
Cost: Canada $22.00. Everywhere else $44.00.
You are responsible for any tax, duty or customs costs incurred for your country. International shipping times may vary from 3 days to 2 months.
Returns:
We are very concerned with customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please call or email us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Returns for a refund less shipping charges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt and be in as new condition with all paperwork and packaging. Return shipping is at your expense. We reserve the right to charge a 5% re-stocking fee if returned items are not in original condition or without paperwork.
For your safety, we suggest they should be returned with a method involving a trackable receipt and insurance. We will gladly assist you in tracking the returned shipment upon notification of your tracking number. To ensure full refunds, we suggest you use the original box and packaging. Do not use envelopes or padded envelopes that are machine handled.
Damages or incorrect items
In the event an item is damaged, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT ANY REPAIRS. Call or email us immediately. To ensure a full credit or refund, please return damaged items in the original packaging and original condition within 10 days of receipt.

All items are adult collectables and they are unsuitable for children under 14 years of age.
Items are usually handcrafted by Artisans and there may be slight variation from the website photo. Colors may vary on different computer screens. Unless noted, pieces are 1/12 scale.
